These Professional Installation Terms and Conditions ("Pro Install Terms") apply when a customer selects the Professional Installation option during the SRN Link order process. By selecting Pro Install at checkout, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms in addition to the SRN Link Service Agreement.
The Pro Install fee covers a single on-site installation visit per device, performed by a qualified field technician. The following services are included:
SRN may fulfill on-site installation using qualified third-party field service technicians. All third-party technicians are vetted and dispatched under SRN's supervision. SRN remains responsible for the quality and completion of the installation regardless of whether a third-party technician is used.

SRN will coordinate the installation date with the customer following order confirmation. Scheduling is subject to technician availability in the customer's area.
The following conditions must be met at the customer site before the scheduled installation window. Failure to meet these conditions at the time of the technician's arrival may result in a missed appointment fee and require rescheduling.
DHCP is how your router automatically assigns an IP address to a new device when it's plugged in. It's enabled by default on virtually all business firewalls and routers. If you're unsure, check with your IT team or contact us at support@securedretail.com before the installation date — we'll verify it at no charge.
The following are not included in the Pro Install fee and are outside the scope of a standard installation visit. Excluded work may be available from SRN on a fixed-bid or time-and-materials basis upon written approval prior to scheduling.
A missed appointment fee of $150 will be charged if:
The missed appointment fee will be charged to the payment method on file. A new installation visit will be scheduled upon resolution of the condition that caused the missed appointment.
Both options include the same pre-configured hardware, carrier activation, and ongoing managed service.

The Pro Install fee is charged once per device at the time of order. The missed appointment fee, if applicable, will be charged separately to the payment method on file.
SRN's liability for professional installation services is limited to re-performance of the installation at no additional charge if the installation is determined to have been performed defectively by SRN or a SRN-dispatched technician. SRN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation, including but not limited to network downtime, data loss, or business interruption.
SRN is not responsible for site conditions that prevent completion of the installation, including but not limited to inaccessible network equipment, unconfigured ports, missing power, or unavailability of the customer site contact.
